Currently the studio offers in-home massage, maderotherapy or brazilian massage, full body relaxing massage, luxury massages with candle oil and body scrubs.
It's ideal to schedule your massage when you are not busy, when you have free time for yourself so you can make your free moments the best time for you, so you can really enjoy your massage. there's some people do a massage in the morning, some other people they do the massage in the lunch break or after work, some others on their day off, but it is better if someone arrange when it is Sunday or its totally free that day that is going to have the massage so you can really enjoy it.
After a massage, it is important to drink plenty of water, eat healthy foods, and get plenty of rest. You should also avoid smoking, drinking caffeine, working out, and taking hot baths or showers.
It's not necessary to shave prior to getting a massage.
